How to Maximize Puberty? (15)

What is everything i should be doing/maximizing during puberty to have good results in the end. I do lots of running and i go to the gym. Ive also always have gotten a minimum of 8 hrs of sleep. I also would say i do the basics like tongue posture, good posture, and skincare. Is there anything else I should be doing? I’m slightly familiar with looksmaxxing but i am new to actively finding ways to maximize my looks.

take vitamin d3 and k2 (this is a must) all the rest are kind optional but help alot
creatine, magnesium glycinate (for sleep), omega 3's

is there any certain supplements i should take or just do my own research
these arent for my diet but i take ashwaghanda, GABA, and glucosamine for heightmaxing idk how well they work yet since ive been using them for less than a month. some other supplements im thinking about getting are potassium to debloat, and maybe some peptides later down the line when i get a job like MK-677, and osteogenic growth peptide
