Currently 13 about to turn 14 140lbs 5’4 cant take supplements cant go to the gym?
Real advice please

any non cope way that would maximize penis or bidelt would potentially ruin your height growth chances which u need A LOT apparently

as @Angutoid said, you would stunt your growth by maxxing frame and penis as it requires a solid dose of T (blasting some chemicals yk), which closes growth plates prematurely. Many genz fucks are tall as fuck nowadays because of the crap they eat, hence their plates don't close and continue growing but their penises and skeletons are ridiculous.

do some sports and dont eat too much sugar before bedtime
 
if i was your age i would max k2 + d3 intake, ashwagandha, do as many excercise as possible, sleep 8+ hours a day, eat protein and so on. The rest is up to your genetic makeup.

any recommendations for exercises I can do at home or outdoors? Cant go to the gym or take supplements how would I max k2 as well
