You need most UV. You need no waste of time in rain. You need least clouds.
At that time, you go to sunbathe, ideally every day of summer, because we cannot do this during other 3 months of year.
Go to a grassy place. Lay on towel, in shorts only, or ideally with no clothes. During sunbathing, fill your time and your mind by listening to podcasts of Jack Kruse about sunbathing therapy. Or, study a book. Or, work online if you can if you tried.
Apply raw butter on your face before sunbathing at home.
After adapting through tanning, carry with you hydration (like raw milk), to allow yourself to stay sunbathing longer without feeling dehydrated (if you need this by working shifts like 1:1 or 2:2 in a flourescent light warehouse, factory, grocery store, or other such job).
Per theory of Jack Kruse and my own extrapolations relevant to blackpillers, you will receive maximal rejuvination in face; improvement in hormones, better growth of bonemass in face and body if in puberty, curing of flaws (as eyesight, confirmed by many people); energizing (to do your grand tasks of looksmax and moneymax); and it will make you strong and free of disease (to do moneymax at shit jobs because you still did not complete your task of study at this time).
This will be given to you, because you will improve the function of mitochondria, in cells of your face, and cells of your organs, making them function properly and best possible, because of activation of 1,000 genes (improving genetic expression), and because of vitamin D hormone and it's degrading into dopamine and it's transmutation into other metabolic hormones.
Ideally eat a raw carnivore diet to heal your skin tissue best, just in case. Consume raw milk, eat raw meat, organic raw eggs (btw, inorganic muscle meat is 100 times less toxic than inorganic eggs), raw fish.
I confirm improvement in hormones for several days after sunbathing during midday (maximal UV) with no additional sunbathing in those days. I confirm emitting of significant warmth from sunbathed surface of skin as compared to untouched surface (shorts area). I confirm rejuvination of face, which you observe immediately in the mirror during next days.
