I measured my waist at 13in across 26.5 around how to measure bidelt

Mark the end of each side delt, place a dot at the very end.

Then measure with tape.

Your bidelt is your overall width involving muscle, so yes you can improve your bidelt.

The biacromial is the width of the actual bone, less important IF your bidelt is good and gives you the appearance of a wide frame.

A 22 would be pretty elite, so either you did it wrong or you have an excellent bidelt.

Did you measure from the end of your shoulder muscle to the other?

yea 22 was my measurement but if I stand up and try to hold the measuring tape against frame I get about 21.25-5 but my frame is angled inward while doing
