How to measure palate

I have a super narrow skull and I was thinking about getting marpe. I wanted to measure my palate before looking into anything. I know the ideal is about 45 mm and I was wondering how I should go about measuring mine. Any tips? Also any general advice on marpe?

Measure your palate by the intermolar width like this

Put ur finger up your ass and take an estimate. Trust me it works

Looks narrow-ish but not very narrow, like 38mm? I also expanded I had a similar palate to yours and expanded to 43mm
