stand barefoot on a hard flat floor with your heels together and your back against a wall keep your head straight and look forward then put a flat object like a book on top of your head and make sure its completely level mark the wall where the bottom of the book touches then measure from the floor straight up to the mark dont measure along your body because thatll give you a different number do it 2 or 3 times at the same time of day and take the average since your height can fluctuate slightly throughout the day
