How to minimize post op swelling?

I just got revisión jaw surgery, reduction genio and infra inplants two days ago. Any tips on reducing swelling?

ice but not too much
you could damage the tissue with cold temperature, like 15 minutes should be fine
ask your surgeon anyway

nah guy is an actual looksmaxer
but his base was good, I'm curious to see how ends up, like even if his past surgery wasn't good he still managed to look good for some reason
