Almost all studies about ashwagandha are done on the KSM-66 extract and you should take that. It comes in capsules, not powder.
I have been on it for a year now, does wonders.

I mix mine with hot chocolate

and trust me ashwaganda is not that bad tasting compared to something like tongkat ali

U think ashwaganda is bad? Haven’t tasted nothin yet
