I graduated high school yesterday and realized I won't have an obligatory network to fall back on for socializing, parties etc.

Where to easily meet new people, network, and socialize after graduation?

I am 1 year away from college before someone says to just wait this summer through.

Do I just go clubbing or go to bars? Any good hobbies/activities for people around my age?

If you have to ask this on .org then I'm afraid to announce that the only option for you is to LDAR.

This question was not directed towards the oldcel NEETs who rot in their basements unfortunately.

Welcome to my life. I graduated 5 years ago. My social circle is non-existent, people (including myself) relocated, got married, had children. I do nothing other than wageslave and rot.

I'm guessing you're single. OLD or death.

Nah not welcome to your life, I got a social circle I'm just looking to expand it more and get to know more people. I'm not some rotting mothefucker with no future.

Go to the nearest college town or metro area

Nobody expands social circle beyond the one they built through education. It's possible but very unlikely. You just graduated? Wait til you and your 'social circle' get a job and get that 9-5 wage slaving life going, not to mention a ton of other responsibilities thrown at you. You wouldn't even want to 'network' with anyone.

You should focus on keeping those close to you, closer. Rather than build new connections.

I am moneymaxxed and careermaxxed, I sacrificed my social circle (or what little I had) by relocating and never keeping in touch due to distance. My point is you don't get to decide, the decisions are already mostly made for you.

High IQ tbh, so just take it as it comes. Sounds fair.
