How to not faint at the gym?

Started going to the gym again but this time im trying to cut weight, went 3 times in the mornings and both times felt nauseous and dizzy af after lifting, it was awful. Is it cause i barely eat any carbs in the morning? Does fruit help?

Eat food b4 gym but wait atleast an hr b4 hitting it after eating .

I have less energy in the morning tbh
Just try between 17-19

Yeah of course when you look at circadian rhytm the most physical energy you should have around 17-18
