Recently I’ve been losing my fucking mind. I’ve completely lost my calm whenever I argue with someone online. I just lose my peace I start using harsh slurs, get extremely impatient, and obsessively wait for their next reply.

It feels like a cortisol nuke going off in my head. I didn’t behave like this before, which is what worries me. I know this is low-IQ behavior and it’s not how I want to function.

As i said i didn't even used to flinch by a bit when someone used to slur me back then but currently it's just me losin my mind everything a little off makes me agressive and it's not limited to online even my offline life recently
