Everytime I hit legs I get really nauseous even with low rep ranges and long rest times. Tried both with/without pre, not sure which is better. Any other tips?

could also be a bloodflow issue or too much water during workout.same happened to me, dropped pwo completely and it helped.
drink enough water during the day, eat decently everyday and sleep.
