I’m drunk but bear with me. Hopefully I make sense. You just have to interact with people as much as possible, to learn the nuances of social interaction. Some parts of charisma//social skills can’t be faked or learned from the internet, you have to put yourself out there and learn them.

Drugs help… phenibut, benzos, alcohol, kratom, other GABA drug like pregabalin. They only help for positive social feedback. The more positive social interaction you have, the better you get at it. Once you get enough positive social feedback you become better at socializing sober.

You have to be looksmaxxed first. Drug are helpful if you have abused dog syndrome. If you are ugly as shit you won’t receive positive social feedback
