how to overcome the allergy looksmin?

is there a guide for this? i’m allergic to dust mites and pollen, my eyes look fucking disgusting allergic shiners, glossy, swollen, eye bags, makes my eyes larger also. in winter i can overcome it easy with benadryl but this is not cutting it at the moment. anyone got tips?

lol i have same allergy but over time symptoms went away, now i only use nasal spray very rarely

you can ask your GP about allergen immunotherapy (allergy shots), it's generally effective for allergic rhinitis (your pollen allergy)

not rly, i only used to get red eyes but allergy pills and nasal spray helped with that, you can use some eye drops for allergy
