How to: Personal Hygiene 2020

Good thread but I'd rather just take showers

Nigga shut up. Honey, if organic, raw, etc is fine, she even says so, same with lemons.

You mix it together and put on your face like once a week as a mask. Makes the lemons more tolerable.
Retin A also makes your skin photosensitive, but it’s way more temporary. OMG LITERALLY SHAKING

After you wash your face, and put on proper moisturizer and oils. (With no chemicals).

“spreading misinformation” fucking lol @ you.
Retin A and Lemon are two different things
Retin A doesnt contain citric acid and other harmful chemicals like lemon does.

I never said anything about honey.

If you wanna keep coping keep putting it on your face, dermatologists have even told me its bad for your face. If you want to listen to some indians (that’s where this lemon and overall DIY idea came from) over dermatologists then go ahead and you can descend like them

You guys never listen.

Not realistic, won't make a difference now. I don't get the obsession with the whole xenoestrogens and crap.

Also, no skincare?

avoid plastic though.

Oh I’m scared, same dermatologists that Hand out finasteride like candy.

You use the lemon and honey together and sparringly.

I have a routine, a big one. But cutting dairy and getting sun or RLT always bring my skin from 9 to a 10 generally.

Avoid using sunscreen altogether???? What????

what why?
im 15 should I use spf sun screen?
You can, but I get pale as fuck and look sick. Plus the sun has so many health benefits for masculine development in puberty it's not worth because you want "collagen".

The sun won't fuck your collagen. Too much for way too much time, yes. The body naturally increases melanin to protect against sun damage. THAT'S our natural sunscreen.

Personal Hygiene:
Hormone Disrupters in Our Cosmetics & Personal Hygiene Products | Allergies & Your Gut

Here's the trick:
when you ingest something that is not good for you (including hormone-influencing substances), your liver filters out most (up to 90%) of it before letting it into your bloodstream, allowing you to harmlessly piss the garbage away later. When it comes to applying something to your skin, it is absorbed directly into your bloodstream, long before the liver realizes that it has to bail your dumb ass out.

#wcubed #foodstoavoid #hormonedisruptors | Gender, Natural health, In cosmetics

1. When it comes to xenoestrogens in personal hygiene items, shampoo is the main culprit. A near-absolute majority of shampoos produced nowadays contain the following: parabens (methylparaben, butylparaben, etc. that are used as preservatives), sulfates (sodium lauryl (dodecyl) sulfate and sodium laureth sulfate, used as foaming agents) and glycols (propylene glycol and polyethylene glycol, used as fragrance stabilizers).

These chemicals are bad for you. No, no. These chemicals are EXTREMELY BAD for you. Parabens have a very powerful estrogenic effect and are also carcinogenic. Sulfates are the worst - they are mutagenic in addition to estrogenic. Constant exposure was linked to fetal malformations; in addition, their way of ‘cleaning' your head is extremely abrasive and amounts to stripping away all naturally produced oils from your scalp, making your hair even more vulnerable. Glycols are the tricky ones - they destabilize your epidermal cells, allowing quicker and larger absorption absorption of whatever is smeared on your skin.

Basically, whenever you wash your hair with a typical shampoo, you are giving yourself a huge estrogen shot. Chuck your shampoo bottle into the trash and search for organic shampoos and shampoo bars by small producers; they are usually inexpensive. Alternatively, you can just wash your hair with good soap. If you want to use cleanser, you can easily clean your face with warm water and a washcloth! Simply splash your face with warm water to open your pores, then gently exfoliate with the washcloth. For a more thorough wash, try cleaning your face with raw honey, yogurt, or even olive oil!

2. You can also start using organic substances to clean yourself:

MILK: The lactic acid wοrks tο remοve dead skin cells while the milk prοteins and fat mοisturize and plump the skin – sο stick with whοle milk, nοt fat free. Yοu can alsο cοmbine whοle milk with a whipped egg fοr dry skin.

OATMEAL: The sοft texture gently exfοliates, sο it's a perfect mild cleanser fοr sensitive skin. Grind 1/ 4 cup whοle οats and stοre in a sealed cοntainer. When yοu're ready tο cleanse, cοmbine a pinch οf pοwder with a small amοunt οf water, οil οr milk. Massage intο skin and rinse with warm water.

LEMON: Great cleanser fοr οily skin and helps to make yοur skin mοre elastic. Yοu can cοmbine lemοn juice with milk οr yοgurt fοr a creamier cleanser οr apply the juice after yοu cleanse fοr a nοn-scrubbing exfοliatοr. Let it absοrb fοr a few minutes (dοn't rinse) and then mοisturize. It sοunds like it wοuld sting οr make yοur skin dry but it actually feels quite refreshing – just dοn't get it in yοur eyes.

Hormone Disrupters in Our Cosmetics & Personal Hygiene Products | Allergies & Your Gut

3. Speaking of soaps, most of them are equally shit. This is also true for liquid soaps and shower gels. In addition to containing all the nasty stuff found in shampoos, they also contain phthalates, benzophenones (look for markings BP-1, BP-2, BP-3, etc. on the label), phenoxyethanol, triclosan and/ or triclocarban - all of them either strong xenoestrogens or disruptive for your body's testosterone production. And that's just the tip of the iceberg - soaps also contain chemicals like toluene, which fucks with your blood and kidneys, diethanolamine (DEA) which slows down brain development, and dioxane, which is highly carcinogenic. Again, chuck your soap bar into the trash and go for something like Grandpa's Pine Tar Soap or any other organic soap. Just make sure there is no creosote in it.

Rat Poison, Water, Toothpaste & Prozac ? | Alternative
Did you know that Fluoride was a Rat Poison before it was Toothpaste? - America Out Loud

4. Toothpaste. Fluoride fears aside, most toothpastes contain parabenes and triclosan. If it says "antibacterial" on the label, it has triclosan, period. And "antibacterial" usually means jack shit - other toothpastes do the job just as well without poisoning you with a chemical that fucks with your testosterone and your sperm count in addition to accumulating in your body to an unknown (unresearched) end. Scour the web for a proper herbal toothpaste.

5. When it comes to miscellaneous stuff such as hand sanitizers, single-use cleaning tissues, deodorants, antiperspirants, lotions etc., the same rule applies: read the bloody label. Also, avoid using sunscreens altogether.

6. Cosmetics. Some people use things like acne creams or beard oils and balms. Even if their labels say "organic", it does not mean that they do not contain plant-derived estrogens, also known as phytoestrogens. It mostly boils down to oils the product is made of. Also, do not fall for labels listing "essential oils" as an ingredient. This term can mean anything. If you do not know what exactly goes into your cosmetics, do not buy it.

Let me break it down for you:
GOOD: Almond, grapeseed, chamomile, fir, pine, cedar, coconut, citrus and jojoba oils.

BAD: Tea tree, lavender, apricot, clover, canola, eucalyptus and aloe vera oils. Especially lavender. Fuck anything with lavender in it.

Household items:

1. Household items Your laundry detergent needs to go. It contains many of the chemicals listed above. Whatever you wash your clothes with, it leaves residue within them that persists even after drying, and eventually seeps into your skin. Use Nature Clean detergents for your clothes and bedclothes. Alternatively, if you want to go full green mode, use white vinegar, baking soda, or trisodium phosphate (TSP). They are all excellent cleaning agents that are safe for your health.

2. Do you use a fabric softener? Don't. If you absolutely need to, use white vinegar - it loses its smell once it dries.

3. Air fresheners need to go - almost all of them contain phthalates. Try ventilating your house better instead.

4. Do not use condoms with spermicide.

5. I hope no one needs to explain why smoking is bad for you, but if you decide to be a huge lose and go on smoking anyway, at least avoid menthol cigarettes.

6. Needless to say, all sorts of hormonal medicine, HRT, birth control pills and the like are very, very bad for you, unless you are aiming to become a trans girl.

7. Sugar substitutes. Saccharin, aspartame, acesulfame-K and sucralose all affect your testosterone production - some more, some less, but the effect is there. Stevia, a natural sweetener, has an extremely powerful estrogenic effect, to the point of being prohibited for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers in many countries. You might not have much of a choice here if you have diabetes, but if you can overcome your sweet cravings altogether, you will do your testosterone a lot of good.

Marijuana and the feminization of Males: (This will definitely trigger some people)

Are Men More Susceptible to Marijuana's Mental Health Effects?'s Mental Health Effects?

There are a few studies that found that marijuana use resulted in the reduction of testosterone levels in users.

One early study that received significant attention was published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 1974. The lead author was Robert C. Kolodny of the reproductive Biology Research Foundation in St. Louis. The study was based Twenty heterosexual men 18 to 28 years of age who used marijuana at least four days a week for a minimum of six months without the use of other drugs during that intervals were studied. Mean (+ S.E.M.) plasma testosterone - 416 +34 ng per 100 ml- was significantly lower in this group than that in the control-group mean - 742 + 29 ng per 100 ml - for age-matched men who had never used marijuana

That was an average decrease in testosterone level of 44 percent. That would be enough to drastically change the effect of testosterone relative to the effect of the natural level of estrogen in individuals. Forty-four percent reduction makes a huge difference in your personality, motivation and foremost masculinity . Quit weed.

Cosmetic Promoting Femininity:

Makeup Companies Using Men to Market Products - PR News

For a lot of modern men, masculinity has been getting attacked by Nivea, L'Oreal, Gamier and all the other cosmetic and beauty houses trying to convince men that
need to look young, fresh and healthy like women.

Essentially what's happened here is that the Millennials have fallen for the media hype and a whopping 60% Of American and British men in the 18-34 age group believe that it's acceptable, and even necessary, for them to use skin care products, with 18% even happy to wear makeup such as foundation or concealer.

In Asia these figures are even bigger.

South Korea is one of the largest consumers of men's skin care products , alone claiming a fifth Of the worldwide sales.

South Korea Ranks #1 for Male Beauty Products | Koogle TV

According to the AP, South Korea has now been dubbed "the male makeup capital of the world" where "effeminate male beauty" is now regarded as a sign of social success.

In China the cosmetic market is worth $1 billion and according to Kantar Worldpanel, "Chinese men take greater care in their grooming routines than European men, using products more frequently. Younger male consumers are traditions," says a senior analyst. "Younger male consumers are shifting away from their conservative traditions" says a senior analyst.

In India, teenagers are fueling the massive, 18% annual growth in men's cosmetics and in some Indian cities, makeup classes for men have been introduced.

It seems that women's skincare and cosmetics is totally saturated and in order to keep the bucks rolling in, the industry is now capitalizing on the feminization of men — and men are falling for it.

As we have previously discussed many of the ingredients used in these creams cause estrogen levels rising and make you more feminine, But also, in a psychological level, these companies want you to be significantly concerned about your looks which is evolutionary feminine trait.

Next thread will be covering Porn, Masturbation, Fetishes ect..
this mineral skin healing cream is the only thing i use on my face, is it bad????? lol

Could be the salty water I think?! Killing all bacteria on my skin
