DNR mfs incoming but whatever
I have been lurking since early 2023 and i finally have a stable job (make 2,4k euros a month) and 20 rn. i tried going out with friends talking to girls while being a 3.5/10 5,10 ethnic (latino/mestizo) and it's just constant effort to be somewhat tolerable to be around so yeah i decided to stop coping. After many tests it's deffo my looks that affect my social life
I have sleep apnea and can very likely get trimax covered by insurance. I wanna combine this with mid face / infra orbital implants and a nose job. (debating if a brow bone implant is a good idea, haven't found many promising results) I understand this is alot of planning, money etc but i don't even know where to start.
I was thinking to start with getting a palate expander before surgery but that's like the easiest step. My main issue is how to combine a local orthodontist with probably a surgeon in italy or something and on top of getting infra/midface implants + nosejob? like it's so much lol but it's basically a requirement for me to get a result that i will be fulfilled with. Deadass just trying to reach MTN maybe high mtn and appeal + gymmaxx (i have good frame).
i live in europe btw. literally any advice regarding planning is welcome.
