How to prevent accutane purge

Im currently about 3 weeks on accutane an my purge is crazy i have about 10 cysts on my cheeks which is the worst area since scars stay the longest
Is there something, like a medication that can mitigate this purge

no you good brotha brotha , that means it working im also on month 3 and i didnt have any purge

Supplement zinc and dutasteride

antihistamines might help but prolly not.

Also 200 mg zinc as an anti-inflammatory.

200mg is overdose and definitely will cause copper defeciency

i didnt purge

antihistemines make it 4 times less likely to purge

so only 5% of people who take accutane with antihistemines purge

no need for zinc tho

he can take steroids but not worth it just man up and get over it i know it sucks but with great reward comes great responsabilty

Try lowering the dose, omega 3 , probiotics, doxycycline or minocycline , azelaic acid or dapsone gel , low zinc dose and dutasteride 0.5mg also wear sunscreen spf50 pa++++ every 2 hours rub when going out

purge is the acne coming to the surface the only way not to purge is a chemical peel or laser maybe
