How to prevent aqaulyx bloat?

DRINK A LOT OF WATER, maybe consider using a diazide after a few days(3)
Ice could reduce the inflammation, aspirin could make your blood thinner and maybe aid in drainage

Cold compresses, good sleep avoid alcohol and massage, also remove sodium, basiclly simillar like debloating lol
