Alternatives are just not potent enough to do anything and idk any source yet tbh

I do not know if you can get it from finland. But is adapalene benzoyl peroxide or tretinoin good alternative.

No bro, they are weaker retinoids and won't give you enough collagen stimulation to make up for fat tissue

if so are collagen peptides like ghk-cu a good alternative cause i don't need to go to a derma to get those

Ghk-cu mostly helps with wound healing and doesn't have the targeted effect of taz. That being said, if you can get the injections, they have great bioavailability and will have visible effects
