250mg per week is low ur leaving bone gains on the table 250 to 500 mg don’t really have that much side effects just do 500mg per week imo for growth plates just use an AI if you wanna be 100% sure about what dose you need to take blood work is absolutely necessary. Or just follow a roidmaxxing guide

There’s a massive side effect difference why do people keep saying this lol
