How to progress in strength fast?

I need to increase my bench by 100 lbs in 6 months because I’m going to be fighting someone

having a high bench doesn't make you punch harder, improving your punching technique and weight transferring does.

but in a street fight you're better off knowing basic holds and chokes.

Yeah but if I don’t have power the output would be useless.

you don't need to be strong for wrestling holds it's mostly just biomechanics, you should do both though, just strength without technique doesn't really get you anywhere unless it's a bar fight and you're both drunk.

also don't fight on pavements or asphalt, one wrong fall can cripple you for the rest of your life.

Dianabol + sleep + protein + hard training 6x a week + caloric maintainance or surplus

calisthenics blew up my bench
focus on building up to advanced pushing movements like one arm push-ups, handstand push-ups, pseudo planche push-ups etc

High weight low reps
4x3 bench, heavy but not to failure
2 sets of max push ups in 30 seconds
2x10 bench

rest 5 min between sets
