INTRO
I see a lot of people on here being genuine retards when using Reta and not “milking” it. Retatrutide is very potent however your body can become reliant on it making you want to up doses because you’re lazy. So in this thread I will talking about how to actually retamax
Usage
Now I don’t recommend anyone using Reta who’s got barely any muscle mass, I see so many guys with no muscle mass using Reta and looking like an femboy twink (especially those with brutal frames). I hate seeing guys 130-150lbs that are 6ft and look like twinks on Reta. I recommend Reta to Guys that have actaully built some muscle and maybe have a bit of excess fat they wanna cut off. For example I was 90kg and got down to 72kg peeled asf (6’1)
MY EXPERIENCE
I’ve used Reta 3 separate periods of time, earliest going back to early last year. When you first go on it you may feel like you’re shit looks like snot (I know sounds weird but some may know what I mean) but I was retarded and took 2mg first time. You won’t wanna eat when you first go on it, it will generally be hard to eat meals sometimes. After the first 2-3 weeks this fades a little depending on dosage
Dosing
I’d personally recommend starting on 0.5mg just to get ur body used to it for the first week and see how you go from there upping to 1mg eventually (usually after the first 2-3 weeks go to 1mg) but remember TRY TO MILK IT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE (milking it means make the most of it. I see a lot of people going on for prolonged periods of time. Just fucking don’t unless u want cancer of the pancreas retard (this won’t happen unless ur doing 10mg for years lol) but still you get my point. I’d never recommend going over 5mg per week. If you ever become reliant just take a few weeks off and sort you’re insulin resistance out (MOTS C helps but there’s defo alternatives) but personally motsc have helped me to combat coming off Reta when I feel like it. DONT come off cold turkey otherwise u will put a fuck ton of weight back on come off gradually. I’ve been on and off 3 times just I like to go on when I’m feeling abit tubby ( I hover between 72 and 80kg) when I go on and off.
SOURCING
I’d personally recommend a Chinese telegram vendor like BBA (beibangan) these guys are well priced and trustworthy. Shits so cheap I see so many guys overpaying like fuck from American and or European vendors. THEY ALL GET IT FROM CHINA AND STICK A LABEL ON IT.

DIET
Make sure you’re getting a fuck Ton of protein in and try to eat carbs before ur workout because you could faint if u don’t (happened to me in my kitchen lmao my dad was so confused). Don’t be a jester and let this happen to you. You may feel dizzy when standing up sometimes so just be careful. This is because of your blood sugar.
Just eat lots of fibre, protein and carbs (sweet potato is goated for clean carbs) try to go in a steep deficit and lift heavy asf to reserve muscle mass
FINAL THOUGHTS
I think Reta is great for a lot of people but don’t be a retard with it

And give it 2 months and boom you’re gonna be 10-12% body fat slaying (jk you will never slay ltn) but still you’re chances are higher as most of LM is legit just colouring and getting lean apart from hard max.
