im 13 and half and i wanna maximize my puberty give me some guides pls

fr i ordered some k2,calcium,cink,selen,and vitamins c and e hope they will help my puberty and bones

im only 170-175 cm and my classmates are taller than me for 5-10 cm thats crazy
nah brotha thas good atleast average but im younger then everyone in my grade so it loosk like im shorter then i actually am

My only advice would be just make sure you are doing exercise eating good sleeping enough and just do basic softmaxes for now
im sleeping 9-10 hours and going to the gym

honestly, since your puberty is hitting just sleep early, milk (pasterized is okay, but raw would be better) dont go for nestle tho imo, also proper posture to avoid downward growth, toungeup and hard mew (5 minutes a day whenever you feel like it) and dude theres so much you can fucking do. along with that start looking up on those "cope methods" like tounge pulling and such since its only considered cope if you have fully grown.

also just take as much vitamins as possible, dont believe that raw bullshit just avoid processed food

i can drink raw milk because my grandma have a cow ,im sleeping 9-10 hours and im going to gym also ordered some vitamins like k2,calcium,cink,selen,and vitamins c and e
