I'm 15 and I know that DHT is the most important hormone in puberty due to the changes it does in bone and muscle (robust chin and jaw, more muscle etc)
However, how do I actually boost it?
Nicotine gum, creatine and dht gel are some of the things i heard about, idk if they are cope tho
(also don't come with the balding thingy, neither of my family side has balding genes so i'll be safe)
