Once again, another high effort low bullshit guide.

Those who face themselves and take accountability. If you fail at that stage, type DNR and GTFO.

So, read the image below.

This is how to quit anything immediately [smoking + fat loss edition]

That's the end of the guide, because the truth is, everyone knows this is the truth. Only when the pain of staying the same outweighs the pain required to change, you'll always revert back to your same habits.

I could expand this and talk about physiological and biological points, but for 99% of addictions, it simply isn't necessary. This thread is aimed at how to quit smoking, and also control being a fat fuck.

Be accountable for where you're fucking up. Address it directly, face it and fix it.

No one is coming to do it for you.

It's totally down to you, you're completely alone. And if your own mind does not obey your orders, are you really living? Or are you in living hell.

I've always disliked the term addiction itself because it incorporates this victim element and takes away internal locus of control. Every time a smoker lights one up or obese man slams a cheeseburger they are making a choice in that moment and it's that simple. I smoked for maybe a year and a half & one day i just stopped I was like ok that's enough this shit is going to give me cancer if I stay at it.

Exactly.

They're outsourcing responsibility. Just another cope the brain comes up with in order to justify.

"I'm addicted" "I'm this , im that"

No mother fucker, what you are lacking is one thing, and that is will power. If they had the ability to align with their words and be congruent, they wouldn't be in the situation they are.

Every time you give in, you're shrinking a part of the brain called the Amygdala, every time you say no and succeed, that part of the brain grows. In real time, it's concentrated with neuroplasticity. Obese people have smaller Amygdala, and it only expands when you do things you do not want to do. Such as quitting smoking. You don't want to quit, but you know you have too.

Nodal, you're such a fucking victim bro.

Read my original thread one more time, and then go in front of a mirror and actually analyse what's being said.

It may very well change your life for the better. Or don't, go back to being externally magnetised by everything, hopeless, with no control over anything.

i wasnt replying to your thread but either way there isnt really "choice" it all a reaction of your genetics + environment its all about your luck some guy may just stop smoking just because he wants too and some guy might never stop smoking because of his genetics and envrioment

there is really nothing you can everything you are doing isnt your choice its just what your "luck"/genes+ enviroment made you be
i believe in a deterministic universe i will read either way but most likely this is will do nothing

edit: not that bad of advice could work for some ppl but life isnt such a simple thing
this is basicly nothing you glazed tf out of it

You're missing the nuance of the thread.

Sovereignty.

You outsourcing it once again to environment and genetics is cope, again.

I don't care if I smoke every single day for the next 10 year and then 100% of all humans chain smoke 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If I decide to quit on X day, you damn sure as shit will bet that you'll never see me doing that again.

Regardless of where I am, who's around me, or my genetics.

It's an actual conscious decision you have to make, any type of perspective which attempts to subvert my message above is cope. You smoking or not smoking doesn't affect my life. Your problems are yours to deal with, just as my problems are mine to deal with, but I'll tell you one thing man.

I deal with mine, because I said so.

I have been addicted to smoking, vapes, and much more.

You quit because the pain of staying the same person literally has more gravitas and trouble then if you was to go through the suffering required to become someone else. If that key element is missing, then you don't care enough about yourself, and that's what you actually really need to research.
