Quit porn cold turkey, but keep jerking off without it to keep urges down.

Whenever I think of porn or jacking me off I think of how disappointed my 3D waifu waiting for me in Tokyo would be.

In fact whenever I need motivation to do anything unpleasant (school work etc...) I think of her.

only jerk once every 9 days because it is unhealthy to keep that much in there (7 days is the maximum for the test boost)
It makes you sleepy as hell when your test drops from jerking 1 - 2 times every day

Pro tips
Delete porn files off your computer
Avoid websites that casually talk about sex or show pornographic ads. (4chan, incels, misc, here I guess)
If you do decide to jerk off punish yourself after showering with vigorous exercise
if you dont want to do the exercise then dont jerk off
Install a picture of jesus next your your monitor

you can tell if your t levels are healthy if you can wake up with morning wood
work out just enough until your breasts arent puffy and are erect (aka normal)

Nigga I left porn and fapping for 4 days and my dick was hard as a rock and my semen dense as shit, after that I decided I would be doing what I call a "cock recovery therapy" that's not watching or fapping in a month

Seriously men do It cold turkey and if you are incapable then you are a pussy. Punish yourself or some shit if you watch It, be hard with yourself, don't be a woman

Like many said, cold turkey is the way to go. Here's a list of things that help me with this:

- Sever emotional connections to porn. Delete whatever files you have, links you have, stuff like that. Disregard anything your brain tells you about "But what if there's something NEW that you haven't seen from your favorite source?", that's a joke and you'll feel worse off if you check.
- Figure out when you tend to jerk it. I do it exclusively when going to bed/waking up. Figure out something to do INSTEAD during the times you are most vulnerable. For me, I decided I wanted to try to see exactly how calm I could possibly be while going to bed, like a meditation-like challenge. That helped.
- Find a REPLACEMENT activity. Often, you'll jerk it when you have nothing else to do. Mindlessly browsing the internet while a bit bored is an easy way to give in eventually. People claim "work out", and that helps, but aside from that, pick up an actual activity/hobby to immerse yourself in. Find a new game to play, try and find a skill you think is fun and learn it, focus on studying harder, basically anything that absorbs your concentration.
- Don't seek it out or give it any headroom. It starts with a thought about a "non-sexual" music video, or place on the internet that doesn't "count" as porn, but it will always lead to a relapse. Disregard that. Whenever something sexual pops up, dismiss and forget it, and find something else to do.

That's just a few tips. Final tip: If you find yourself relapsing a lot, change up the strategy. Try noporn, aka fapping all you want, but not watching or consuming ANYTHING even REMOTELY close to porn. Try getting more busy with your schedule.
Nofap/noporn really is more about everything you do outside of fapping, rather than the act of not fapping itself.

Changing your SETTING is more powerful than a replacement activity.

won't work I tried it. Changing ur setting is the only answer.
