How to raise low set ears?

What surgery I need to raise my ears? They are very low set which makes my ramus look shorter from the sides.

maybe chewing would give longer ramus thus the impression of less low set ears?

Listen to a user who underwent two otoplasties and is planning the third:

There is no way to fix low-set ears because the problem originates in the skull shape: A big neurocranium makes ear appear low-set.

However you can still undergo otoplasty to make ears less prominent and make the low-set problem less visible, or just grow long hair to hide everything.
