If you up your test your Estra will lower if you do it correctly I spoke about this in the thread
This isn't true though, I'm not saying you will have estra but it also isn't true that having high test "decreases" your estra. If your test levels rise so does your est.

the reason people see est drops in correlation with doing the things you explained here is by mitigating fat and a vitamin d deficiencies

You don't need to continuously regulate your circadian rhythm with the sun every day that's kind of a sleep cycle myth. If you calibrate your body to a certain time period it starts doing that automatically, we evolved to not have to rely on the sun anymore it just aligns with the pattern.
