How to reach max height and taller

I am 5'10 and i turned 15 last year im alr taller than my dad but my mom is the same height as me. What excercises do i need to reach 6'2 and what nutrients/pills should i be taking and how important is height asw

cjc dac 2-5mg per week
hexarlin 250mcg ed (morning)

if that doesn't work take as much hgh as you can handle.

You’ll probably grow to 6’0, but with proper nutrition and exercise im sure you can reach 6’1+ and if ur really lucky 6’2.5-6’3

Try:

Tongkat ali 300mg

Vit D3 5000ui

Vit C 1000mg

Calcium 800-1000mg (kinda optional) (just try to get it from milk tho)

Beef gelatine powder 20g

Omega3 fish oil 1000mg

Creatine 5g

L arginin 2g at night

L orthinin 2g at night

L lysin 1g at night

ashwagandha 500mg at night

Zinc 50mg at night

Mag glyninate 360mg at night


Exercise:
3 sprints, 100 meters, with 3 mins of walking in between each one. Do this 3 times a week.


Try going to the gym regularly, make sure after everytime you work out, you hang on a pullup bar for 2-3 mins.

Also eat MINIMUM 5-6 eggs a day, idc how u eat em just dont overcook the yolk, u can drink them if u want
