How to really release a stuck jaw and masseter

My jaw is always stuck and just hard in one position .I dont know if that comes from a bruxismus at night i went to a doc and im getting braces for night bruxismus but after i wake up i cant close my mouth and bite down . ( jaw clenching victim in the past ) . So yeah and my jaw is asymetrycal too so im lowkey fucked . Im massaging my masseter , fascia realse , tmj etc . So what else can i fucking do ? When i have this my face looks more recessed too and my jaw is more asymetrycal . So overall stuck jae hard jaw cant bite down good .

ask your ortho for palettal expansion. your clenching during the night especially might be caused by a narrow airway
I have a super asymmetrical jaw too and i got mse and my ortho said i could get djs because of my recessed mandible which might fix asymmetry(not 100% sure i have to ask her next visit)
