Reconstitution:
Why we reconstitute:
Reconstitution:
Why we reconstitute:
We reconstitute peptides because they arrive lyophilized, which is a powder form used for stability during shipping and storage.
Example:
We use bacteriostatic water to reconstitute.
Most peptides need around 1-3mL of bacteriostatic water.
We only need to reconstitute ONCE per peptide.
Example:
Let's say we have 10mg of
Retatrutide.
And I want to inject 2mg each time.
I will put 1.0mL of bacteriostatic water.
You should have an idea of how much you are planning on injecting.

How to reconstitute:
I forgot to record the reconstitution, but I followed this video.
Steps:
1. Remove the caps (throw away the cap you don't put it back on).
2. Wipe the top of the peptide vial with an alcohol wipe.
3. Take off the needles' orange protective cover on both sides and inject into the bacteriostatic water.
4: Pull back to the amount you will need. This needle is 100 units, which equals 1ml of bacteriostatic water
Step 5: Pull the needle out of the bacteriostatic water and inject it into your peptides.
Make sure to let go slowly at an angle, like shown in the video, to avoid bubbles, and pull out the plunger like he did in the video.
It shouldn’t take long for it to go from powder to liquid just swirl it around gently.
Throw out the bacteriostatic water if no more peptides need reconstituting.
Bacteriostatic water expires after 28 days from opening in the fridge.
Put the peptides back in the fridge and take them out when going to inject.

Injecting:
Gather items:
1. Peptide/s
2. Syringe/s
3. Alcohol wipe/s
4. Rubbish bin
How to inject:
1. Wash your hands and wipe the top of the peptide with an alcohol wipe.
2. Wipe the area where you will inject with a wipe (I use the same wipe, but the other side).
Use this diagram to see where you can inject (I only inject in my stomach, but I swap areas so one day left, one day right).
3. Take off the cover of the syringe and inject into your peptide, and get your desired dose.
Pull back more if there are bubbles and push back in for the exact dose.
4. Pinch some fat and inject at around a 45-degree angle.
Video demonstration:
Use different syringe every time injecting.

Peptide tracking:
This app you can track your peptides and it has notification feature.
EDIT:
I just realized this app is now paid just today somehow, it was working fine past 2 weeks.
So I would recommend setting up an reminder on your phone every time you need to inject and a simple table on notes to track every dose you need to do.
