DMAA or maybe some other stimulants reduce social anxiety and anxiety overall noticeably for me
 
Valerian, propranolol, magnesium also testosterone.

I thought stims increase anxiety? Adderall is supposed to increase cortisol. I'm thinking of stacking a low dose of DMAA with phenibut, is it a good idea? Does it shrink your penis?

DMAA does shrinks penis and makes erections very hard to get, don't know about phenibut though

L Theanine is very effective for anxiety. Take 200 mg and you’ll feel much better.

Yes it’s very effective. I’ve taken up to 600 mg but start at 200
i am very weird with substances
I have adhd but unlike most
coffee doesn't increase energy at all, it just makes me tick and give me stress
then i want to sleep after 30 mins
and with l-tyrosine and mucuna priens they just made me want to sleep
I didn't get any of the benefits people talked about
so are you sure it will work for me?

You reduce anxiety by embracing The fact that nobody cares about In The slightest. Only Times ive had some anxiety is before presentations
