i know bro, before the oral min they were " normal" just the perfect shape and thickness, and now they are way too big. how can i thin them down to their previous state without ruining them

started to get dangerously long ( risk of trichiasis according to the ophtalmologist), so i had to stop the oral minox before getting eye damage ( no joke)
