How to reduce facial swelling

I'm 14 years old, 1.68 meters tall, and weigh 51 kg, and yet I have a big belly and my face is swollen. I have fat all over my body except in my arms. It sucks. Does anyone know what to do besides exercise?

I think so, more or less in 2021 I became quite obese. I was always thin, but after the pandemic I started eating like a hippopotamus and since then I have fat all over my body, especially in the stomach
