How to reduce forward growth?

I have too much forward growth in my mouth like those african phenos

Im not black tho. My cheeks would be good and my chin but my lip and mouth area is too far forward

bimaxillary protrusion, does it make your chin recessed? and the ways I know how to get rid of this atm, is either surgery, and they take like the piece of the bone shit out, or ortho, they extract a teeth and pull ur front ones back
