I don't know how to call it but the perfect example is Archies profile
Archie s neck starts from end of his jaw , he has no neck under the chin area like his jaw is at the front of his neck

There are many factors involved in what you are saying, correct frontal growth of the face, a long ramus and a hyoid bone deep enough in the throat will lead to such a jaw.

Since most of the factors have to do with the bones, the only most effective ways to change it is from hardmaxxing, there are some softmaxxing tricks but they are not as effective and on this forum they are branded as cope (thumbpulling to forward growth, hyoid lifting and so on).
