Corticosteroids can thin out the skin a bit

Tried it and indeed it works like a charm.

But be careful it can fuck your nose skin. After 3 4 weeks you start getting some weird small white pimples. When it happens, you have to stop and let you skin recover.

You can also try some latisse with corticosteroids. Heard some good things but I didn't try yet.
