How to relax bruxismus and jaw

Wheb i havd this my jaw looks bad and very weird and my face is bloated and i dont have very good bones . And on my right side ( my bad side my jaw looks weird i have a whole jaw asymetry ( ledt and right side ) . So how do i relax my masseter ? And the bruxismus . And when i do my stretches my right side looks better afterwards but i cant always do those strechtws . Today was the 2th day waking up with bruxismus and very more downward growth on my right side . And im scared that thw bruxismus wont go awax maybe becaus I alwaya jaw chldnched ? And what to do ? And my right side also makes sounds like a krkr when i move it . Is it ovee or can i do ? When i have bruxismus i look more bloates recessed and more aseymytrcal.
