Locked jaw and eye asyemtry

my jaw is locked often and i cant fix it my asymetry in the face gets worse when i have a locked jaw and i dont know what to do against this . i have a lazy eye

I had obe but i thought i had a bruxism but he didnt do anything i will get a anti bruxism brace for the night but i think its a tmj or something is this even fixbable? I dont think in gonna see him again this month i need to wait till a next appointment

is ts fixable then ? i have a slightly underbite but the doc said the insuerence wont pay this maybe so i dont know is this the issue ?

and when i have my tongue on top of my palate its drifted to one side

Probably Lateral pterygoid restriction,try to see what's happening which side is compensating and the asymmetry stems from the pterygoid unevenness thru some kind of compensation or from a deeper bony asymmetry itself.
