I think there's legit lightening creams for ethnic dark circles like this. these aren't tear troughs but dark pigmentation.

quick way is to use eye concealer.. permanent way is to fix any bad sleeping habits, drink a lot of water, put vit c or e cream. Dark circles are complex so it depends, either the skin is hyperpigmented or its the blood vessels
