Laser only works for smaller, surface-level moles. I got a mole removed earlier this year. I expected it to be lasered off, but the dermatologist said it was too big (5mm) and had to be removed with a scalpel.Anyone have experience with lasering off facial moles?

Thanks for the reply. It Sounds worth it then. How much for each mole?I had 3 facial moles lasered w/ doctor Ardesh, he is in Newport Beach CA.
The scars are not invisible. You will forever have a small white 'patch' there, but it gets better with time.
The healing times quoted are optimistic; The area will be reddish for months.
After showering or touching it, it will also be bright red occassionally.
In 6+ months you will only have faint white spots where the moles used to be. 99.9% of people wont notice and they will just look like very tiny acne scars.
It was $150 per mole so compared to many other PS operations it was basically free. Thanks for the reply. It Sounds worth it then. How much for each mole?
Yes, if it's a surface-level mole, you should be able to. I can't tell you anything about the scarring potential for that procedure.so u can delete small moles without issues? i have too many but small wouldnt mind to delete some
There is no discoloration. There is a small indented line from where the stitches were, but it is very subtle, and you would have to look closely to see it. Aftercare is relevant, though. You will want to keep it covered and moist until you get the stitches out (7 days for me), and you will want to protect that area from the sun for months to minimize the lasting appearance of the scar. For me, covering that area with a facemask was easy to do, and I did that for months whenever I was driving or out and about. How bad was the scarring
