Tretenoing. Clindamycin Lotion. BPA 4% cleansner. From pan oxyl or cerva ve. ONly that cleanser is avaible over the top and then hypochlorous acid spray so it kills bacteria causing that acne after you sweat or workout. Go to a derm pleaseee or buy the prescription items from skinorac.com or india mart and get that shit shipped. more expensive fs tho. Dont take accutane just yet. Better alternatives to try first that are also better longterm like the 3 I suggested because at some poitn accutane is somehting you have to get off of.

na its jus gonna take longer u can take more but 10mg is safe to pop everyday

Nah pretty sure thats better for hyper pigmentation, reder skin, but you seem to inflmaation acne/cystic acne.

Nah pretty sure thats better for hyper pigmentation, reder skin, but you seem to inflmaation acne/cystic acne.

It's not cystic acne besides, in the morning my spots are almost non-existent. and my skin produces a lot of sebum

Azelaic acid 20% is pretty good for pigmentation

But for skin itself, yeah accutane mogs all other stuff

ur differnt than everyone gng. everything else works too lmao. work differntly than accutane and obvi take less time. i still wouldnt suggest it as first because of possible side effects, but not to take away from how much change you can actually see from it.

20% vs 10%? 10% is better. 20% costs more and insurance doesnt cover it. OP should stick to 10%, get on tetenin, and hydroquine as a spot dry. All 3 and vit c in moring and azealic acid twice in a day should do it for him if he can handle all that. Everyone diff but thats what im on rn. and yeah @andy9432 would have thought this was obvious but thats barely even acne.
