How to research

How do you even do research these days. I'll find different studies on the same object saying the completly different thing. How should I draw my conclusions based on studies and different outcomes?

ngl i just read through long ass studies from national insute of health and those stuff dont trust directly from product just a test or something you get me just make notes and they are long asf can just paste into ai to summarise

cross reference multiple sources and then use your own brain and believe what you think makes the most sense or has the most evidence supporting it.
