Thanks to @ThreadMatters we now know that it takes 14 months or 1 year and 2 months to completely reset your dopamine levels to when you were a child and were happy doing anything. The question is though, how do I go 1 year without doing anything of pleasure? This is where the guide comes in.


The best and only way to go one year without any pleasure is to go to jail and rot.

Commiting a crime such as: Assault 3rd degree (causing physical injury with deadly weapon, dangerous instrument, or electronic defense weapon)

Only gives you a Misdemeanor and has a max sentence of 1 year.

Once in jail sit back and relax, learn some cool stuff and maybe get a few tattos. In a year your brain will be just like new
