I have never worked physically and I'm not even exposed to sun most of the time. Yet at 27 I already have 3 fucking lines. Would monitors cause this much UV damage? I definitely have to stop raising my eyebrows, I do that often. What else? I have retin-a 0,05%, 0,1% and a dermapen. Would that be enough to reverse this shit without botox? Maybe some peptides or other fancy shit?

Try red light therapy.

i’m 20 and i’m starting to get them

i think keep with the retin a and see if it fixes it

I thought of adding 0,5 wounding, but I don't know how invasive it would be combined with retin-a.

Conflicting info :lul:

Also @Entschuldigung who the fuck is that in your sig?
Will RLT compeletly reverse your lines? Who knows, depends if it's mild or not. But red light therapy helps with reversing wrinkles, it has been confrimed in multiple studies.

You can see it helped some old hags so i dont see a problem with you using it and reducing your lines on forehead, who knows may be they will become compeletly invisible. For sure you can count on good improvement.

I actually have a Philips red light lamp, but I doubt it hits the desired wave length. I'd have to order custom made LED lamps or DIY it myself.

This is up to you what will you use. If you are looking for something effective then search for threads with reviews on here. Search bar > type red light therapy > mark only thread titles > and look up for threads about devices.

You need Botox to neutralize those muscles because if you are an expressive person that pulls faces all the time, the lines will always be there. Use Retin a and keep your skin moisturized
