Be tall and robust if you want to look good as a Scandinavian. Dark blond > light blond as dark blond usually gives you dark eyebrows, but light haired people rarely have nice eyebrows and that is a massive failio on a man.

I'm blond myself. I'd look like utter shit if I didn't have dark eyebrows, eyelashes and my hair was lighter. Every morph of someone with very pale colouring changes a lot when their eyebrows, etc. are darker. There's studies on this too specifically.
