How to search on searchbar directly what you want?

Maybe a dumb question but when i search for example !how to fix recessions" it shows me the threads where are some of those words like "how to" and beacuse of that it can be about another topic i didnt search about. So how do i make it if i look for example "costs and best places to get surgery" it searches exactly that sentence.

Very quick thread, because there are so many questions repeated on here, and it pisses me off to answer the same shit every day. The site's search bar searches for keywords that you enter but doesn't extrapolate from your query, so if you search for a particular keyword, then only threads/posts...
