How to set up a new tinder account if blocked

I ran a chadfish profile and got blocked from tinder. Tried to set up a new account and bought a new sim card for registration. Still got blocked again immediately after registration. Are they tracking my ip? How can i go on tinder again? Do i need to use a vpn everytime?

I am pretty sure they device ban. I am currently banned off Tinder for an unknown reason and it's clearly my device they tracked. VPN might flag you, and it's been claimed that they don't use facial recognition technology but I'm not buying that. They track IP and payment information as well from what I've read

I just did some research. They track the icloud account where you download the app. So you need to get a new one.
