How to shrink overdeveloped muscle

Hello, i really need help. My one masseter is very overdeveloped. It messes with my facial asymmetry a lot. It makes me very insecure i would do anything to make it normal. I tried massaging nothing works. I think those jaw trainers fucked it up for me. Please help, i cant get my hands on any botox, i can try but its very hard for me… please give me any other ideas please im desperate
