how to breathe better?
 
  • Earplugs if noise is keeping you awake (I use Happy Ears, they are very good)
  • Valerian root extract, good if you struggle to fall asleep
  • Keep your room cool and ventilated
  • No caffeine after 3PM
  • Avoid blue light from screens in the evening/night
  • Go to bed and wake up at the same times everyday, even on weekends
  • Memory foam pillow
